Shipping Information
Orders are sent out within 2 days of purchase and generally arrive in 5-7 business days depending on location. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please allow 2 weeks for all international orders. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify sales@francosneakers.com

Return Policy
Peter Franco Sneakers does not provide refunds but exchanges may be made on any unworn/unused/unwashed items if they are received by Peter Franco Sneakers in the original state that they were shipped to customer for the exact amount or less. NO CREDITS will be given on items exchanged of lesser value. Customer must provide notification of an intent to return the item to Peter Franco Sneakers via email at sales@francosneakers.com within 3 days of receiving product. Customer must pay for return and reshipment costs on all exchanged items. No exceptions will be made.
